How AntiAging Supplements FunctionWhy You Need Vitamins & SupplementsYou should always look to your diet to provide you with sufficient quantities of these vitamins and minerals, but that is not always possible. In many cases you just have to eat or drink too much food to take in enough nutrients. In other cases, you have to ingest foods that might not be palatable (such as calves liver or fish) or which cause allergic reactions (such as lactose intolerance) or which contain a lot of caffeine (such as green tea). However a proper diet is essential if you want to stay healthy and healthy looking.
