I'm 26, I read your article on vitamins and supplements, it's overwhelming all the different vitamins and stuff that's out there and how much to take.
Do you know of a product that has lots of those vitamins in them without having to take a hundred pills everyday?

Anytime I run out of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, I hear my knees start to creak and feel them ache. Without (the somewhat controversial) DHEA, my energy level dips immediately.
I take Omega 3s simply because I am convinced of their importance and efficacy.
So it's nowhere near 100 pills a day (LOL) and it is so well-worth a better quality of life for me to take them.
