Revaleskin with Coffeeberry Extract - Part Two
You Don't Have to See a Doctor to Order this Fine AntgiAging Product
Another Myth Busted: You Don't Need to See Your Dermotologist to Purchase Revaléskin
I love - and trust - Good Housekeeping magazine. I've read it faithfully almost all my adult life.
This is the first time I can remember ever finding a factual error in GH.
I gave a heads-up on CoffeeBerry extract at the end of last year in my review of the Top Antiaging Developments of 2007.
You'll find it in "AntiAging Development 6: Antioxidants".
In the 2008 August issue, Good Housekeeping reported that very positive study results continue to come in but stated that "Right now you can find it [CoffeeBerry] in the Revaléskin line ... which is sold exclusively in doctors' offices."
Wrong! You can buy Revaléskin without having to visit your dermatologist. Order Revaléskin directly by clicking the link.
This will of course save you the cost, time and inconvenience of a doctor's visit - if this is all you need.
As for the content of the GH report, it was taken from a study featured in the February 2008 issue of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Steifel labs conducted a six-week double-blind study with 30 subjects aged 30 to 70. Double-blind means neither the subjects nor the researchers knew who was using Revaléskin and who was using the placebo until after results were tallied.
Results were scored using Canfield VISIA-CR scientific photo imaging system. VISIA-CR allows both quantitative (my favorite) and visual (subjective) analysis by shooting a burst of up to seven images in milliseconds. Each lighting modality allows the researchers to evaluate and quantify different elements of skin condition, e.g. wrinkle depth, skin smoothness, photodamage and vascular features.
The bottom line: Revaléskin "was ten times better at improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and was three times better at improving the appearance of skin pigmentation resulting in more even skin tone."
