In Search of the Perfect Mascara

I hadn’t realized what a mascara-buying binge I’ve been on until I went looking for a new one to try.

I know what triggered this binge. Since growing long thick lush lashes again with Lashes to Die For I find it fun and easy again to apply mascara.

I hauled out all the tubes of partly used and unopened mascaras, trying to remember the qualities I liked or didn’t like for each one. I already did full reviews on a few: the really good ones and the really bad.

Most of the mascaras I tried were acceptable but set aside so I could look for something better. I know ... you’re thinking "how fickle and wasteful".

I’m not usually that way. I even break containers apart to get every last drop of product before I allow myself to open a new one. LOL.

Did I mention I realize now that I’ve been on a mascara binge?

I now resolve to use up the mascaras which haven’t dried out or gone bad and throw out those that have.
