Then I read a recent Good Housekeeping Research Institute (GHRI) report on its test of ten body lotions that make long-lasting claims. Lubriderm Intense tied for second place with respect to staying power.

In the GHRI test, skin hydration levels were measured in the lab before application and again 24 hours later. Users reported that Lubriderm Intense has a very silky feel and absorbs quickly.

The lotion is hypoallergenic and good for sensitive skin thanks to a relatively simple ingredient list. No commonly-used skin irritants; lots of soothing ingredients.

As for the claim to relieve itchy skin, do you remember oatmeal baths for itchy skin?

They're not used as frequently anymore. I recall them being extremely messy and time-consuming but oh-so-soothing.

Interestingly, Lubriderm Intense is chock full of oats: oat flour, oat kernel oil and oat kernel extract. Kind of like an oatmeal bath you wear which stays with you all day and night! Nice.
