One of the reasons that Weight Watchers works is because it has changed along with the needs of its customers and also because it has a large support group that many people feel is very helpful. But even Weight Watchers will not work if you can’t or won’t follow the program. While low calorie diets can be dangerous, any diet that helps you reduce calories and maybe even get you to exercise a little is worth looking into. As I have said before, experts maintain that one of the best antiaging actions you can take is to maintain a constant normal body weight. Lifelong diet and exercise are the only way to do that.
