A Weapon in the Antiaging Skin Care Arsenal

I was already a faithful user of the first Avon Clinical product, Anew Clinical Line and Wrinkle Corrector.

Since I love what the cream has done for my appearance, I didn’t hesitate to buy Deep Crease.

I’m 59 and, though I had a facelift over 15 years ago, I’m quite unhappy with the lines of expression re-asserting themselves on my forehead, between my eyes and around my mouth.

The saleslady explained that Deep Crease contains many of the same AHAs and antioxidants as the cream, but in addition it has polypeptides shown to regrow collagen, super-moisturizer hyaluronic acid and botanical extracts that cause temporary paralysis of the subcutaneous facial muscles. She also said the effects are cumulative up to about two months. Thereafter, the maximum improvement will be maintained as long as you continue to use the product.

The instructions say to use the Deep Crease only on the lines of expression, but I found that the serum spreads so far, no matter how small a drop I put in my palm, I have enough left over to cover the rest of my face.

I figure that’s better than wiping it off my hand and throwing it out! So I settled on a routine of the cream in the p.m. (instead of morning and night) and Deep Crease in the morning.

Now that I’ve used it daily for over two months, I have to say frankly that I was a bit disappointed.

I guess my expectations were too high after the dramatic improvement I experienced with the first Clinical product.

However I will continue to use Deep Crease because it does relax the muscles a bit and the effect lasts most of the day.

Plus it has hyaluorinc acid and acetyl hexapeptide-3 which I have been reading very good things about.

I’m not even vaguely interested in Botox injections. Why? Cost, safety concerns and fear of needles.

All in all, I feel Deep Crease Serum is a worthwhile antiaging skin care product, so long as you keep your expectations realistic.
