I've been perusing some online tools you can use to try out new looks or decide what treatment to try.

Of the sites I looked at, the best I've found is that of Dr. Brandith Irwin. You can get a free preliminary consultation with a board- certified dermatologist without the hassle of making an appointment or driving to her office.

Select you age, skin shade, gender and what area of the face and neck exhibit aging signs which concern you.

Then move your cursor over a numbered dot for a specific condition, e.g. crow's feet, jowls, cobblestone or receding chin. A chart appears with various treatment options, the pros and cons, approximate cost and how long you can expect results to last.
