AntiAging Skin Care Routine

State-of-the-Art Skin Care Products

Here are the products I love - please recommend how to use them:

I love Neutrogena's Pore Refining Cleanser and Toner - these products really do reduce pore size. I use each morning and evening.

For daytime moisturizer and eye cream, I use Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme – primarily because of a really nice instant glow and camouflage of sagging. I also use Estee Lauder's Perfectionist CP (applied just before moisturizer) for the same instant look.

For my evening moisturizer and eye cream I use Neutrogena Visibly Firm.

Two supplement [treatment]s I have added that I really like: Peter Thomas Roth's Un-Wrinkle and Power C20 Anti-oxidant Serum Gel. I apply the Power C20 right after toning, then the Un-Wrinkle, then the Estee Lauder Perfectionist CP, then moisturizer.

In the evening, same procedure except replace the Estee Lauder products with Neutrogena Visibly Firm products.

Is this okay? Too much? Not enough?

You get an A+ in antiaging skin care! There is nothing I can fault in your routine. You’ve got all of the effective antiaging skin care ingredients and are using the products in the proper order.

In fact, you’re using my #1 anti-aging skin care pick, Peter Thomas Roth's Un-Wrinkle.

I think Roth’s Power C20 Anti-oxidant Serum Gel is another excellent product. Roth products are a bit pricey, but they contain multiple state-of-the-art anti-aging ingredients, so I consider them good value.

You’re also using one of my Top Ten Affordable Skin Care Picks, Neutrogena Visibly Firm with active copper. Active copper is the best healing peptide around. It quickly calms and resolves surface irregularities, especially areas that resist healing.

Just one comment: your daytime moisturizer, Estee Lauder Resilience Lift Extreme, only has an SPF of 15 and, as far as I can see, does not have any ingredients to protect against UVA rays – like Helioplex or Mexoryl.

Now that broad-spectrum sun protection is readily available, I heartily recommend it.
