LOVE this product

Bottom Line: recommended

I've NEVER written a product recommendation before, but just had to for this one. Licking my lips is a nervous habit so my lips, especially in winter, are constantly dry and badly chapped. I've tried everything but I don't like waxy-feeling lip balms and others like regular Blistex wear off too quickly. This sticks to my lips and stays on, even through eating/drinking and all night when I sleep. Nice feeling, not like a sticky gloss, waxy balm, or gone-too-soon cream. The tingly feeling is nice -- not too strong -- and I don't mind the taste at all. I've also noticed increased lip fullness although that takes a while and isn't as pronounced as lip-plumper products. Then again, it says it "boosts fullness," not "plumps" lips so I think it does what it says. This is hard to find in my area so am glad to find it here and highly recommend it, especially for winter use. It would be great to use if you go skiing because of the SPF and its ability to stay on.

This product has truly worked wonders for me. I had some serious problems with my lips before using this lip rejuvenation therapy. I guess the dark outlines around my lips were from sun damage and from using lip plumpers on a daily basis. This product not only helped reduce the chapping and flaking on my lips, but it also helped eliminate the dark outlines around my lips. My friends have also noticed a major difference in the appearance of my lips. The only problem I had was that it did not show results very quickly. I am a very impatient person. The tingly feeling is not overwhelming and the scent is bearable. Also, I feel as if it plumped my lips. It was worth it and I would recommend it to anyone.

This product is unlike any other lip product I've ever tried. I'm obsessed with lip products (all of them!) and literally have over 100 chapsticks and lip balms, so when I saw the Neutrogena Lip Rejuvenating Treatment, I had to give it a try. My lips are dried and I'm constantly picking the dead skin off them, but after using Neutrogena Lip Rejuvenating Treatment, I no longer have dried chapped lips! From the moment I put it on my lips, I felt it working. This product is by far the best lip product I've ever used! I like the Mary Kay Lip Mask and Balm, and Mary Kay's lip products do make my lips feel softer, but it's nothing like the Neutrogena Lip treatment. It's silky smooth but not too silky and it's not greasy or sticky, it's a perfect blend that makes your lips softer than you could imagine. It's definitely worth every penny!

Ok, I have been using this product day and night for some time and honestly I have not been that impressed so far. This balm has a minty/stingy feel on your lips which is ok, but it tastes like medicine. It is also very shiny and it wears off pretty fast. I bought this to fix a few lines I saw on my lips due to some sun damage but I have not seen any improvement really. If you REALLY want plump, moist, smooth, red lips overnight, for some reason I find that applying a glob of regular Blistex Lip Medex overnight works amazing! I gave this 3 stars because it's probably the best SPF 20 balm that I've found and it seems to have mild exfoliating beads in it.

Well, its very weird to me but I have seem to have add a very good reaction to this product. I have only been using it a few days but I keep in on my lips all day and all night because I love the way it feels. Most chapsticks and lip glosses wear off fast this does not. I put it on maybe twice a day and it stays glossy all day long and I put it on when I go to bed and its still there in the morning. Its crazy!! But it has made the tint of my lips very pretty and healthy and I woke up this morning with VERY plump lips. I am not sure how because it say you do not see that until 3 weeks. But I am telling you my lips are huge. And I normally have very skinny lips. I do not have dry lips so I did not purchase it for that. But it really has helped the plumping, unless I am having an allergic reaction to something and thats why my lips are huge!!

I have had constantly chapped lips since I was a child, so I'm known by my family as having ten different lip balms scattered across all my coat pockets, coffee table drawers, etc. ... the point being that I use a lot of lip products and have tried virtually everything under the sun. I bought this treatment because I wanted to see if I could get rid of the vertical "cracks" in my lips. Wow -- I have tried so many lip treatments, and this one outdoes them all. Unlike most chapsticks, I don't feel the need to reapply this throughout the day. It goes on once and stays on to keep moisturizing, so even an hour later I can rub my lips together and they're still moist. My lips have definitley improved, and that's without being religious in an every-day-every-night application. I saw results the first day! Yes, it is very pricey, but for me it's worth it to find a lip treatment that finally works.

I generally love Neutrogena products, and have been buying them for years; but I was extremely disappointed with this product. It did NOTHING to plump my lips but it didn't heal them, I hated the taste, and it was very pricey. A better product is Burt's Bees lip balm with pomegranate - very soothing and healing, a slight hint of color, and super inexpensive!

I really love this lip treatment. It goes on smoothly, and immediately makes my lips look fuller and delicious. I have been using it for 3 weeks, once in the morning and once at night, and have definitely noticed that my lips are softer, better moisturized, and A LOT smoother. The only thing is that it's a bit oily (but not greasy, and it definitely feels like the oil is doing good things to your lips), so I usually have to blot it out before I put on lipstick. I also love the hint of mint in the treatment. Overall, I love this treatment and would definitely buy again.

This stuff is wonderful! I have had the worst chapped lips this season, and within 1 day of using this, my lips are soft and smooth. I have not used long enough to say if it adds fullness, but I am so happy that my lips have found relief!

Use at least twice daily. Pump a small amount onto fingertip then apply directly to clean, dry lips. Gently massage lips together for up to 5 seconds. You will feel a slight tingling sensation as the rejuvenating ingredients are activated.
